Time is a precious resource that we never have enough of. Remember to spend this precious resource well. God is the giver of life and time, don’t forget to give a little back to him.
Revival is a special time in the Church a time of renew, re-dedication, and God willing a time of Salvation. Robert Abernathy and his family (Pictured Below) will be with us starting Sunday Night at 6:00 PM and at 7:00 PM from Monday through Wednesday. Robert has been a good friend to me over the years, and I appreciate his work for the Lord. We look forward to having everyone out to support the Revival services. Please be in prayer for Robert as he prepares to be with us.
We miss those we love who have gone on to be with the Lord. We wonder what they would think, or if they would be pleased with us. We get hung up on trinkets and items that spark memories. We sometimes focus on our failures and second guess our actions. When we do these things we focus on the sadness of what they were instead of the glory of what God makes them.
Revelations 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Farmers do not grieve the loss of the seed, they instead focus on the wonderful plant that grew from it. As Christians we should always remember that God will grow us into something mighty and glorious in his time.
These verses are special verses to me. They remind me that God has made everything beautiful in its time. You might not think much of yourself but God does. With a world full of billions of people there is only one you. You are a special and unique treasure of God. If you have fell on hard times remember that God loved you so much that he created you and gave you life. See every day as a blessing and from the father and a chance to serve him. May God Bless each and everyone of you with these verses.
1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
9 What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?
10 I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.
11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
Mark 10:34 And they shall mock him, and shall scourge him,and shall spit upon him, and shall kill him: and the third day he shall rise again.
